Springfield Road in Wimbledon is an iconic street within 10 minute’s walk of Wimbledon Village and with easy access to the mainline station.  
  • Houses in Wimbledon are hard to find and generally sell for £1,000 per square foot. The plan for this property is to extend it by creating a ground-floor rear wrap-around extension, a 2nd-floor rear extension and a basement conversion.

  • The project created a wonderful 2,700-square-foot property with a valuation of £3,000,000.

Buckingham Road

Buckingham Road is a stunning 4-bedroom property which was extensively refurbished and included a new loft conversion.  The property is based in Harlesden, an up-and-coming vibrant residential area in north-west London. 
  • The property was acquired as a 3-bedroom property in a state of disrepair. We instructed an architect to create a loft conversion plan for a fourth bedroom and additional en-suite bathroom.

  • In addition to the usual renovations, these works took approximately 14 weeks and were completed in March 2022. The property was rented at a 10% yield for six months and sold for a good profit in September 2022.

 
 
 

Queenstown Road

Queenstown Road is a large 4-bedroom house next to Queenstown Road overground station in Battersea, South-West London.
  • In December 2021, we completed the complete renovation and extension of a property on Queenstown Road in Battersea, South-West London. When we purchased this Victorian house in April 2021, it extended to just 1,055 square feet and was essentially derelict. We have now added an impressive 500 square feet of additional space in the form of a loft extension containing a valuable fourth bedroom and a rear extension housing a contemporary kitchen and dining space.

  • The completed property sold quickly for £1,150,000, representing a good profit for our business.


Mimms Hall Road

Potters Bar EN6

Mimms Hall Road is a fully refurbished 4-bedroom house in Potters Bar, a town in Hertfordshire, within easy commute of central London.
  • The property was purchased in a state of disrepair, and we completed a 12-week refurbishment programme to create a stunning 4-bedroom house.

  • The property was sold for a substantial profit in early 2022.


Huguenot Mansions

London SW18

The first project in London to be completed by one of our directors dates back to 1998. Based in Huguenot Mansions, near Wandsworth Common. 
  • This three-bedroom Pied-a-Terre was purchased for £120,000 and upgraded at a low cost to create a functional apartment for young professionals.

  • The property was sold to Fairclough Homes through a part exchange scheme for £295,000, making a 100%+ return on the investment.

    This was the start of the development dream for the directors, who have gone on to complete over 50 residential property developments in London.
